Beskrivelse
Hand-knotted from 100% hand spun wool, this rectangular rug from the Heriz collection displays classic tribal artistry with a traditional geometric central medallion. The rich rust-red and terracotta field is framed by layered borders decorated with stylised floral motifs and serrated palmettes. Contrasting shades of deep navy blue, ivory, soft gold, and muted blue provide depth across the intricate composition. Finished with a thin, durable pile, the natural wool construction delivers a tactile, low-profile texture with clean fringe detailing along the edges.
At 301 cm x 255 cm, this piece is well suited to ground a formal dining room beneath a dark walnut table or anchor a primary seating arrangement in a living room. The warm terracotta and navy tones pair naturally with rich leather upholstery, antique timber finishes, and neutral linen textiles. Use it to bring warmth and structural definition to a private library or a spacious home office.
