Beskrivelse
Part of the Mamluk Ziegler collection, this large rectangular rug presents a transitional design that blends classical geometry with an abstract, distressed aesthetic. The central field features three intricate octagonal medallions framed by detailed borders, washed over with weathered textures in rust, cream, and soft duck-egg blue. A wide, solid border in rich burgundy red grounds the entire composition. Hand-knotted in Pakistan from 100% hand spun wool, the low, thin pile offers a refined surface texture with subtle abrash variations in tone.
Measuring 366 cm x 282 cm, this statement floor covering provides ample coverage to anchor spacious seating arrangements in a living room or beneath a large dining table. The warm red and terracotta hues pair naturally with dark timber furniture, aged leather, and brushed brass accents, while the muted blue and neutral highlights complement light linen upholstery and contemporary neutral interiors.
