Beskrivelse

Beskrivelse

Hand-tufted from 100% wool, this modern rug from the Vortex Wool collection showcases a striking optical pattern with curving, zebra-like lines. The high, textured wool pile offers natural warmth and density underfoot, contrasting crisp ivory-white and deep black tones to create a bold sense of movement and depth. The dynamic graphic motifs converge towards the centre, turning the floor into an eye-catching focal point.

Measuring 185 cm x 124 cm, this rectangular rug works exceptionally well as an accent piece in a modern living room, bedroom, or home office. Pair it with minimalist black metal, polished chrome, or natural light-wood furniture to balance the graphic composition. It complements monochromatic interior palettes as well as contemporary spaces featuring vibrant accent colours.

Quality of the rug

The quality of this rug is excellent. The colors are vibrant. It is made of thick and plush wool. The size is accurate. The weight of the rug is very heavy. I am definitely not disappointed in my purchase. As a matter of fact I am going to order another rug for a different room!

Luxurious

The rug is beautiful. It’s nice and thick and luxurious. It lays flat on the floor no curled edges. Reasonably priced for a wonderful rug.

Very cool black and white rug

I really like this rug, it is just as described . Quite the statement piece. Yes there is some shedding but I believe that will settle down in time.

Shedding

So it’s definitely not black and white. It’s more of a cream color. It sheds and the black part is always shedding onto the cream part.

Love it would order it again

Love this run it’s plush soft to the touch heavy enough to not need a non-slip pad and the backing is soft so it won’t scratch your floors. Would be five stars but it does shed quite a bit—just what happens with wool!

Beautiful warm and thick; let down by shedding

I bought this two months ago and it looks stunning. It feels great too: thick bouncy warm.Would give it 5 stars for look and feel. However please be aware it is not zero maintenance! As a new wool rug and with the experience of wool carpets I expected some fibers to shed off initially. I vacuumed daily for two weeks and continue to vacuum at least once a week but after two months I'm still half filling my small vacuum stick bag with fluff from it. Moreover the fibers don't just stick on the rug they fly all around the apartment so every surface gets covered in 1-5mm black and white fibers. It is like having a dog.
