Beskrivelse

Beskrivelse

Hand-woven from 100% wool, this rectangular flatweave from the Kilim Wool collection showcases a balanced blend of modern and tribal influences. The design features an intricate geometric lattice of stepped diamond motifs and central crosses. A soft teal blue field serves as the backdrop for the crisp off-white pattern, creating clean visual contrast. The medium flatweave texture offers a durable, smooth underfoot feel with the natural resilience inherent to pure wool fibres.

Measuring 305 cm x 239 cm, this piece works well to anchor a main seating arrangement in a living room or under a six- to eight-seat dining table. The calm teal and white colour scheme coordinates naturally with light oak furniture, brushed nickel hardware, and coastal or Scandinavian colour palettes. It also provides a structured foundation in a large bedroom or modern home office.

Cheap and rough

Very scratchy loose fibers sticking into my hands as I tried to unroll it. It was a foot bigger than advertised. Even if it fit I wouldn’t have kept it. It is frankly dangerous.

Wool rugs were not as heavy as we anticipated. Corners are not laying flat

I love it!

My new square black, grey, and ivory wool rug matches my furniture and the size is just right for the room. The rug was, however, a little thinner than expected.
