Beskrivelse
Part of the Cowhide - Patchwork collection, this 244 cm x 155 cm rectangular rug showcases a striking geometric composition. Hand made in India from cowhide and leather, the design features stitched rectangular tiles arranged in a stepped, optical border motif. Deep black provides a solid field at the centre and outer edges, contrasted by warm accents of brown and light brown. The natural hide surface offers a smooth, medium-profile texture with authentic grain variations that lend subtle dimension to the modern pattern.
This black area rug creates a focused foundation in a contemporary living room, home office, or bedroom. Pair it with mid-century walnut furniture, matte black metal accents, or warm cognac leather upholstery. The sharp contrast complements neutral palettes, concrete floors, or light oak floorboards, providing a defined focal point beneath a coffee table or a streamlined executive desk.
