Beskrivelse
Handmade from cowhide and leather, this 244 cm x 152 cm rectangular rug from the Cowhide - Patchwork collection presents a striking modern aesthetic. The design features a deep black central field constructed from stitched square patches with subtle tonal variations. At the top and bottom borders, stepped geometric chevron bands transition into lighter tiles of ivory, grey, and light brown. Its medium pile profile provides a flat, tactile surface that highlights the natural texture and sheen of genuine hide.
This black area rug grounds contemporary and industrial interiors. Position it in a living room beneath a low-profile glass or metal coffee table, or lay it under the foot of a bed in a minimalist bedroom. It also serves well in a home office under a sleek wooden desk. The contrasting monochrome palette pairs effectively with light oak, polished concrete, and brushed steel finishes.
