Beskrivelse
Hand-knotted from 100% wool, this 386 cm x 282 cm rug from the Oushak collection reinterprets traditional motifs through an abstract, modern aesthetic. The dense black background is patterned with stylised botanical shapes, scrolling borders, and geometric figures rendered in muted brown, light brown, ivory, and touches of mustard yellow. Finished with braided fringe along the edges, the medium-height wool pile offers a substantial, textured feel underfoot while retaining crisp pattern definition.
Generously proportioned, this piece serves as a grounding focal point in large living rooms, primary bedrooms, or dining spaces. Place it beneath a contemporary light oak or dark walnut dining table, or centre a modular seating arrangement on top to anchor the room. The contrast of warm neutral motifs against a deep black field pairs naturally with minimalist, industrial, or modern rustic interiors featuring linen upholstery, iron accents, and warm wooden finishes.
