Beskrivelse
Hand-woven from 100% wool in Afghanistan, this flatweave Kilim Afghan rug features a horizontal striped composition with organic tribal character. The design alternates between deep espresso brown, warm chestnut, olive-infused light brown, and golden tan bands. Each stripe displays natural abrash variations across the woven surface, creating subtle tonal shifts. Finished with delicate fringed ends, this low-profile flatweave provides a firm, structured feel underfoot while maintaining authentic artisan appeal.
Sized at 168 cm x 124 cm, this rectangular rug works well to ground an entrance, home office, or cosy reading corner. Place it in front of a neutral linen sofa, beneath a compact timber dining table, or alongside a bed on hardwood or tiled flooring. The earthy brown and tan palette complements warm wood finishes, tan leather armchairs, black metal accents, and layered neutral interiors.
