Beskrivelse
Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, this piece from the Peshawar Ziegler collection exhibits a refined traditional aesthetic. The central field displays an intricate all-over floral and palmette pattern in a rich hunter green and teal-blue hue, accented with beige, soft brown, and black details. Framing the composition is a wide, ornate border in deep red and burgundy, surrounded by fine guard bands. With its medium wool pile, the rug offers a soft, substantial texture underfoot combined with enduring artisanal construction.
Sized generously at 518 cm x 373 cm, this large-scale floor covering provides an expansive anchor for grand interiors. Lay it beneath a classic dining table in dark walnut or mahogany, or centre it in a spacious living room alongside leather seating and warm neutral upholstery. Its rich red and green palette also pairs naturally with traditional wood finishes in an executive home office or a master bedroom.
