Beskrivelse
Part of the Cowhide - Patchwork collection, this modern rectangular rug is handmade in India from genuine cowhide and leather. It presents a dynamic brick-style grid pattern composed of slender rectangular tiles. A high-contrast base of ivory, beige, brown, and black natural hide segments provides structure, accented by sporadic blocks of yellow, pink, red, purple, and blue. The varied hair-on-hide surface delivers a distinct organic texture with a smooth, medium feel underfoot, complete with visible stitching that highlights its artisanal craftsmanship.
Measuring 241 cm x 155 cm, this piece serves as a striking focal point for a living room, dining area, or home office. Position it beneath a glass-topped coffee table, beside a sleek leather sofa, or under a minimalist desk. The vibrant multi-coloured accents and neutral base pair naturally with natural wood finishes, polished concrete floors, and modern metallic hardware.
