Beskrivelse
Part of the Cowhide - Patchwork collection, this modern rectangular rug is handmade from cowhide and leather. It presents a structured, horizontal brick-stripe layout composed of individual hide segments, creating a detailed mosaic effect. The variegated colour palette combines ivory, beige, light brown, rich chocolate brown, and black, accented by metallic silver splashes that catch the light. With its medium pile height, the surface offers a tactile, smooth hair-on-hide texture paired with durable leather craftsmanship.
Measuring 244 cm x 157 cm, this piece serves as a striking focal point in a living room, bedroom, home office, or dining area. Place it beneath a glass or metal coffee table to highlight the intricate patchwork pattern, or layer it under a sleek leather sofa. The balance of warm neutrals, dark tones, and silver accents complements polished concrete, dark hardwood floors, and contemporary industrial or mid-century interiors.
