Beskrivelse
Handmade from genuine cowhide and leather, this rug from the Cowhide - Patchwork collection presents an interlocking basketweave pattern of stitched rectangular segments. The design features a deep black ground contrasted with blocks of rich brown, warm light brown, and speckled ivory. Each hide segment retains its natural texture, hair-on-hide finish, and varied tonal markings, creating a medium pile with a smooth, tactile surface and clean-lined geometric definition.
At 249 cm x 160 cm, this rectangular rug suits contemporary living rooms, home offices, and bedrooms. Position it beneath a glass or metal coffee table to let the intricate weave take centre stage, or place it under a streamlined desk to define a dedicated workspace. The combination of black, earthy browns, and ivory pairs naturally with dark wood flooring, tan leather seating, and minimalist monochrome palettes.
