Beskrivelse
Crafted by hand from natural cowhide and leather, this piece from the Cowhide - Patchwork collection presents an intricate geometric basketweave pattern. Rectangular segments of hide are meticulously stitched together, alternating between vertical and horizontal orientations. The composition balances a grounded palette of black, ivory, beige, and earthy brown tones with deliberate accents of red, orange, yellow, blue, and purple. The natural hair-on-hide surface provides a smooth, medium-profile texture that offers tactile depth across the entire surface.
Measuring 241 cm x 152 cm, this rectangular rug provides a striking foundation for contemporary living rooms, bedrooms, or dedicated home offices. Position it beneath a glass-topped or mid-century timber coffee table to keep the intricate patchwork visible. The diverse colour palette pairs naturally with neutral leather seating, matte black metal accents, and solid hardwood flooring, creating a focal point in understated modern interiors.
