Beskrivelse
Crafted by hand from natural cowhide and leather, this piece from the Cowhide - Patchwork collection presents an intricate geometric mosaic. Rectangular tiles of varying grain and direction create a dynamic, textured surface with a medium pile feel. The multicoloured palette brings together a balanced foundation of black, ivory, beige, brown, and light brown, punctuated by deliberate accents of slate grey and ochre orange. The alternating horizontal and vertical leather segments yield a structured, architectural aesthetic.
Sized at 244 cm x 157 cm, this rectangular rug serves as an engaging focal point in a living room, dining area, or home office. Position it beneath a glass or dark timber coffee table, or centre it within a seating arrangement to ground contemporary furniture. The rich mix of earthy tones and bold contrasts pairs naturally with mid-century modern woods, matte black steel accents, and neutral upholstery.
