Beskrivelse
Crafted from cowhide and leather, this handmade piece from the Cowhide - Patchwork collection presents an intricate geometric basketweave design. Rectangular strips are stitched together in alternating horizontal and vertical blocks to create a dynamic, textured surface with a medium pile feel. The multicoloured palette brings together deep black, warm brown, rich beige, cool grey, and crisp ivory, with each patch displaying the organic hair-on-hide variations and subtle tonal shifts natural to the material.
Measuring 244 cm x 155 cm, this rectangular rug creates a compelling focal point in contemporary living rooms, home offices, and bedrooms. Position it beneath a glass or brass coffee table to keep the graphic patchwork visible, or use it to anchor a streamlined leather sofa. The balanced mix of warm and cool neutrals pairs effortlessly with dark wood flooring, polished concrete, and minimalist monochrome decor.
