Beskrivelse
Handmade from genuine cowhide and leather, this rectangular piece from the Cowhide - Patchwork collection presents an intricate geometric basketweave design. The surface is composed of stitched rectangular hide segments featuring a rich mosaic of natural shades, including deep espresso brown, warm tan, beige, ivory, cream, grey, and solid black. Each segment retains its organic hair-on-hide texture, creating a tactile medium pile with subtle natural sheen and robust visual depth across the entire composition.
Sized at 239 cm x 152 cm, this modern rug serves as a striking focal point in contemporary, rustic, or mid-century settings. Position it in a living room beneath a low-profile leather or linen sofa, or place it under a wood and metal desk in a home office. It also integrates smoothly into a dining area or bedroom, complementing dark walnut finishes, brushed brass accents, and neutral earth-toned colour palettes.
