Beskrivelse
Constructed by hand from natural cowhide and leather, this piece from the Cowhide - Patchwork collection displays a geometric mosaic pattern. The grid layout is composed of square patches in an earthy multi-coloured palette, balancing deep black, rich brown, and tan with neutral cream and beige, alongside distinctive accents of metallic gold and silver. The flat, medium-height pile highlights the varied, organic textures of the hair-on-hide segments, creating a structured yet tactile surface.
At 300 cm x 241 cm, this rectangular area rug serves as a focal point in spacious modern living rooms, open-plan dining areas, and refined home offices. Place it beneath a minimalist glass or dark wood dining table, or centre it in a seating area alongside cognac leather sofas, polished metal accents, and concrete or hardwood flooring. The neutral earth tones and metallic flecks complement contemporary and industrial decor schemes seamlessly.
