Beskrivelse
Hand-knotted from wool, this traditional Bortschalu rug showcases an intricate diamond medallion surrounded by detailed floral and geometric motifs. A rich red field provides a warm base for delicate accents in navy blue, cream, and subtle yellow, framed by ornate layered borders and spandrels. The medium-height wool pile delivers natural durability, warmth, and a substantial, textured feel underfoot, finished with neat fringed edges at both ends.
Sized at 205 cm x 150 cm, this rectangular rug fits naturally into an entrance, a home office, or beside a bed. Place it beneath a wooden coffee table in a compact living room, or centre it in a study to complement dark oak, walnut, or mahogany furniture. The deep red and cream tones harmonise effortlessly with neutral upholstery, leather seating, and classic brass or iron accents.
