Beskrivelse
This 376 cm x 277 cm rug from the Ultra Vintage collection presents an overdyed interpretation of traditional Oriental design. Hand-knotted from 100% wool, it displays a low, distressed flat pile with subtle variations in texture. Deep crimson and vibrant red tones dominate the field, accented by soft undertones of pink that highlight the faint medallion motif and decorative border work. The resulting distressed aesthetic bridges antique artistry with modern colour saturation.
Generously proportioned, this rectangular piece is well suited to ground a spacious living room, formal dining area, or executive home office. Place it beneath a dark walnut dining table to enrich the wood's natural grain, or pair it with neutral linen upholstery and blackened steel accents for a contemporary contrast. The rich red palette complements monochrome interiors, warm grey walls, and brass hardware throughout large indoor living spaces.
