The carpets are exactly what I expected based on the the on-line photos and the see it in your room tools. I'm pleased with the choice. The quality appears to be very good and the items were shipped in a very thick plastic. The items were recently received so I can't comment on wear characteristics.The order process was very easy and included tracking information for all of the purchased items. My call to customer service with a few questions was answered quickly and I received the information I needed. The customer service was very good.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · BlackUp close, this pattern is tough on your eyes. In the photos this is not apparent. Note that I ordered a 10 x 14. Perhaps in a smaller size this wouldn't be such an issue. The rug looks well made and the black border is nice and crisp. But, the black border shows dirt and would need to be constantly cleaned. I am returning this rug.
