I LOVE this rug and all of the different colors. It does look different from different angles - but that makes it super unique. I am so excited about this purchase!

The strange thing about the rug is it is lighter looking at it from one direction, then flip the rug and it is suddenly a dark pink and darker colors. so I did flip it so when you walk in it is the lighter colors you see on the images (which is what I wanted). It's soft. It has a light new rug smell. It will work for a while and be worth it. The color difference depending on where you stand is the only bummer.

Also the banding/fringe part has a place that it missed actually attaching it to the rug. The biggest issue is the the wrinkles are awful. It’s as if the whole center is baggy…only way I can explain it. It won’t lay flat. And there is nothing that is making it better.

Only reason for 4 stars is depending on which direction the fibers are brushed certain areas look lighter than others. It can be fixed with vacuuming but it sure is annoying- would be much happier if it were uniform.

It’s giving my closet a very luxurious feeling when I walk on it. The trim around the rug is nice and secure. I would highly recommend purchasing this gorgeous rug to my family and friends.

I was hoping it was just the folds from shipping but it’s like you can’t flatten it out. It s almost like it’s too much fabric for the round rug. I’m letting it sit out flat and then I’m going to put some heavy books on it and hope it flattens out. I hate to return it because it works well otherwise.

After following up 3 times and being told it was still being shipped out I called to get the eta, the rug was never in stock. I was lied to by 3 different people. Completely awful customer service, warehouse organization and manager team.
