Customers say this rug features attractive, contemporary designs and vibrant colours that beautifully elevate outdoor patios, porches, and decks while enduring the elements well. Many appreciate its relatively soft feel for an exterior floor covering, though some observe that its flatter texture makes it best suited for outdoor rather than indoor living spaces. A few buyers also note that the edges and corners can take extra effort to lay completely flat.
I purchased six rugs by this designer (five runners and one 2x3'). This was a very frustrating buying experience. Not only were every one of the rugs flawed (i.e. not square frayed at binding weave errors resulting is loops in the body of one rug ripple-y with curled corners which will not lay flat no matter what I do) but trying to make anyone at customer service understand my needs was near to impossible! The first agent I spoke with had even hinted at a discount if I didn't want to go to the trouble of sending the rugs back. Three of the runners were 13' long so it would have been difficult. Then I received an email that said I could get a $10 refund or a $20 store credit but that was just for the smallest rug. Never could I get anyone to address the issues with the rest of my rugs which had been split off into a second order. Long story short the refund was never offered for the other rugs and they wanted me to bundle all five runners together so that we may request a single return label. My suggestion? Buy from another supplier. It wasn't worth the headache or the $! Too bad because they designs and colors were great!
Anmelder en anden størrelse eller farve: 12 Ft Runner · BlueLove the contemporary look of this rug! We are so happy we chose this to accent the blue of our pool with our living area on our lanai. We still are going to add a few more pillows but love the rug to add color.
Anmelder en anden størrelse eller farve: 9x12 · BlueWe didn’t want to keep this rug as it wasn’t right for the room. To return it we would have to pay £75 postage which is ridiculous. They don’t seem to be based in the UK so don’t be fooled by their name. Now we have an expensive rug that we don’t want and can’t afford to return. I feel that we have been scammed. Do not use this company.
Anmelder en anden størrelse eller farve: 14 Ft Runner · GreenGrossly overpriced for the quality. Walmart sells comparable quality rugs for 1/4 of the price. Extremely disappointed.
Anmelder en anden størrelse eller farve: 4 Ft Round · Charcoal GrayWe purchased the matching runner for our deck as well. We are very pleased with the size and quality of this rug. It has been through several rainstorms and still looks brand new with all the weather conditions that it has endured.

Anmelder en anden størrelse eller farve: 7x10 · Charcoal GrayRug arrived quickly and looks exactly as pictured. It’s on a Trex deck and has weathered lots of rain already- dries very well! Love it
Anmelder en anden størrelse eller farve: 7x10 · Rust RedI wanted to bring indoors out. These matching outdoor area rugs really accomplished what I wanted . Still have more updates to make it perfect but what a beautiful start
Anmelder en anden størrelse eller farve: 5x8 · AquaI have to admit this rug is perfect for our outdoor patio. I looked and looked at various places and am pleased that I ordered this rug.
Anmelder en anden størrelse eller farve: 9x12 · BlueI bought this in May 2024 for our front porch. By the end of fall it was terribly faded in the areas that the sun and rain hits it. I don’t recommend for outdoors. Waste of money that didn’t even last one year.
